TASTY TUESDAY – Hot Fudge yumminess

Here’s a quick and easy and very yummy dessert that I  just LOVE!  It goes great on ice cream and even better with ice cream and brownies!  Here’s my favorite recipe for hot fudge sauce:

Hot Fudge Sauce

1 (12 oz. can) evaporated milk
2 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk, chocolate chips and sugar to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat.  Stir in butter and vanilla until mixture is smooth and creamy.  Cool about 3o minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.  Serve warm, refrigerate leftovers.
