Emily and I saw these awhile ago and thought “WOW, these not only look amazing but SO yummy!” So we decided that we’d get together and make a ton, and give them to friends and family. We thought they would be easy and not take much time BUT we had a bit of a hard time. We couldn’t get our chocolate to be as smooth (but we’ve heard from friends that there are some good tricks to be learned when working with melted chocolate) we tried using the chocolate bark, but didn’t love the taste so we tried chocolate chips, and then we tried mint chocolate chips and those were our favorite. We kept them frozen and they were SO yummy right out of the freezer! If anyone has any good tips with these we’d love to hear them!

  1. I'm late commenting on this, but oh well. My sister and I love to make cakepops for all occasions. Our favorite chocolate to use is the candy melts that you can get at Michael's and other craft stores. They are pretty good tasting and come in lots of colors. Our favorite cake frosting combination is the rainbow chip cake with the rainbow chip frosting, so so so yummy and really cute for Easter pops. Las year we made the baby chicks and they were so cute.
