TASTY TUESDAY – Chocolate Mousse

Since our anniversary fell on a Monday this year (yesterday to be exact!), the hubs and I decided to celebrate this coming weekend.  Cammie is taking our children for TWO WHOLE NIGHTS!  And we are spending the weekend ALONE at home!  I cannot wait…seriously!  I don’t remember the last time I’ve  been able to sleep in…I wonder if I can still do it!

imageAnyway, with the anniversary on my mind all week, and this being Tasty Tuesday, I thought I’d share my hubby’s absolute FAVORITE “special occasion treat”.  I call this a “special occasion treat” because he only gets it on “special occasions!”  If I didn’t limit this particular treat to special occasions, I would be called upon to make it once a week!  So…on to the yummy-ness!  This is a VERY easy version of Chocolate Mousse, but SO good!  And it’s perfect for special occasions!

Now, of course, this means I’m going to have to make this yummy treat for our weekend alone!  Mmmm…can’t wait!

    That sounds so wonderful. While I don't care for anything chocolate, my husband adores it. He comes home in October and I am collecting chocolate recipes, my plan....something chocolate every day he is home.
